The Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Dublin has announced its Christmas 2025 cut-off dates for processing company registrations and related filings. It is crucial to act early if you’re planning to incorporate a company or make changes before the year-end.
The CRO experiences high volumes of applications in December, and all submissions are processed strictly in date order. Missing these deadlines could mean your application won’t be completed until January 2026.
