Please note: The Companies Office are currently amending the application forms required for the formation of a new company. As a result, these forms must be presented and lodged in the Companies Office no later the 29th February 2012. In order to avoid the requirement to have the application forms re-signed, we would recommend that these forms be returned to us as soon as possible.
